Aluminium Die Casting Machine

Aluminium die casting machine is used to produce aluminium castings. One half is fixed with cylinder operated ejection system, other half is moving with self ejection mechanism. Casting is removed from fixed half. Ram is open and closed by means of hydraulic cylinder. Machine is self sufficient with hydraulic power pack. Lose pull outs can be provided to make the casting hollow. The operations are controlled by PLC control unit.
