Sand Mixer & Muller Manufacturer

A sand mixer or muller is used to mix chemicals with dry sand for various core making processes like amine cold box, CO2, no bake, etc. Both the machines consist of a mixing drum rolled from thick M.S. plate. The bottom contains an M.S. wear plate while the sides are lined with wear plates of poly-propelene sheets. A sand mixer uses hard wearing mixing blades while the muller uses a roller to mix sand with the chemicals. A heavy duty gear box driven by an electric motor is used for rotation of blades/ roller. Manual or pneumatic operated side door is provided for retrieval of sand after mixing. Skip chargers are also provided for dumping raw sand into the mixer or mixed sand into the hopper of the machine. We manufacture sand mixers and mullers of varying capacities from 50 to 500 kg per batch.
