Binder Dosing System Manufacturer

A binder dosing system supplies binders to the sand mixer in order to prepare the silica sand for core making process. It contains three storage tanks that contain resin, hardener and benzene. The resin and hardener are pumped using a displacement pump. The quantity of chemicals supplied is controlled by a timer. When the dosing system is to be shut down for a long period of time, the pipes are flushed with benzene. This washes away the resin and hardener avoiding any possible clogging of pipes of dosing system. We manufacture binder dosing systems of varying capacities from 50 to 500 kg batches of sand.
