CO2 cured Cold Box Core Shooter

This process uses CO2 gas and silica sand mixed with phenolic resin. When the sand is shot in the core box, CO2 gas is passed through it. The carbon dioxide gas reacts with the resin thus hardening the core. The gassing system includes flow meter, regulator, pressure gauge as well as manifold systems. The machines are available in fully automatic vertical, horizontal or universal arrangement. Mandrel attachments can be provided to make the cores hollow as per requirement. We manufacture CO2 cure cold box core shooter of varying capacities of up to 20 kg per shot.
